– Why do you want to participate in One Water Race?
Because this will be a new challenge for me and something I have never done before. And after talking to my teammates I feel ready to take it on.
– Have you taken a similar challenge before?
No.
– What are your strengths?
I’m fairly all around when it comes to both swimming and running, but my strength in swimrun has always been my trail running.
– What are your weaknesses?
I have never done anything this long and I sometimes struggle with energy intake during longer races.
– What would be your biggest challenges in this race?
The length, energy intake and the cold.
– Have you been to the Stockholm archipelago and what do you know/think about the terrain?
I love the terrain! I have done ÖtillÖ WC several times as I mentioned above and also the Utö World Series. I have done the swimrun Amfibiemannen back in 2014-2016. And I did part of my military service as a mine clearance diver in the Stockholm archipelago.
– What are you most looking forward to, if you would participate in One Water Race?
To push myself further than I have before together with friends who share this goal.
