– Race experience

Participated in One Water Race 2023. Only team crossing Danziger Gatt without reaching the lighthouse. Over 13 years of swimrun experience, multiple long swims, long adventures, several World Championships, and many races have given me extensive swimrun knowledge.

– Why do you want to participate in One Water Race?

2023 was mainly to see if it’s even possible. After the birth of our twins in 2024, I am more than eager to finish.

– Have you taken a similar challenge before?

One Water Race 2023, plus multiple long-distance running races and swimrun races.

– What are your strengths?

To push my teammates to their limits and help them get the best out of themselves. I’m strong and durable during long swims and remain positive during difficult times in the race.

– What are your weaknesses?

My size (2 m, 100 kg) and the lack of speed that comes with it.

– What would be your biggest challenges in this race?

To stay awake so I can continue pushing my teammates.

– Have you been to the Stockholm archipelago and what do you know/think about the terrain?

The Stockholm archipelago is incredible, with all its different features. Moving between islands by swimming and running is a fantastic way to get close to nature.

– What are you most looking forward to, if you would participate in One Water Race?

To hug my teammates in front of the lighthouse — first!
