Team Curl consist of merited endurance racers whose strength lies in their team spirit and positive attitude to extreme challenges. Perhaps the most important strength to succeed in this kind of race. They bring a multitude of sports disciplines which go above and beyond just swimming and running. 

    It’s all about pushing your limits while still having fun along the way. Grinding and being in the pain cave is a place to relish and try to visit as often as possible.

    A team of swimrun world champions with Pontus Lindberg, George Bjälkemo and Helena Sivertsson, with impressive merits and professional experience from swimrun, triathlon and endurance racing. The team has a unique experience of Stockholm’s archipelago and the terrain and have been a driving force in both training and product development of swimrun and challenges in archipelago terrain.

    Since 2000, I have dozens of expedition races around the world, non-stop and staged (for example: 3 x Eco Challenge, 8 x Volcano Challenge, 10 x Ecomotion Pro, 5 x Adventure Race World Championship, 17 x Adventure Race World Series, 4 x Raid Gaspésie). I have also been a short, medium, and long-distance triathlete, trail runner, open water swimmer, rower, road and mountain biker, navigator for the Uruguay Ultra Sports team for 20 years.

    Being captain of the Uruguay Ultra Sports team I have won and achieved podiums in expedition races in Uruguay, Argentina, Chile, Paraguay, Brazil, Peru, Venezuela, USA, Mexico, Canada, Turkey, and Portugal.
