– Race experience
11 ÖtillÖ World Cup races and many trail ultra races.
– Why do you want to participate in One Water Race?
I want to make it all the way to Landsort together with a fantastic team. The race was really tough but also gave us memories for life and I want more!
– Have you taken a similar challenge before?
Yes, OWR 2024 and OWR 2025. I’m ready to go the full distance!
– What are your strengths?
I’m very positive, almost borderline insane, I just don’t give up! I’m also very stubborn and determined to use the experience gained. I might fall but will always get back up again.
– What are your weaknesses?
I can really improve my orienteering skills and must also improve my attention to small things which have a tendency to grow over multi-day races. In the preparations for OWR 2026 we have already done a lot of orienteering competitions. We will continue to do some with focus on night orienteering where I need to up my game and build both experience and confidence.
– What would be your biggest challenges in this race?
Sticking to the nutrition plan after 24 hours, avoiding making easy mistakes in the orienteering when exhaustion and sleep deprivation start to set in, and finally embracing the cold!
– Have you been to the Stockholm archipelago and what do you know/think about the terrain?
Yes, many times, and even though I have done races all over Europe it does indeed have a beauty of its own. I can’t think of a better way to enjoy it than doing One Water Race.
– What are you most looking forward to, if you would participate in One Water Race?
Create fantastic memories together with my team and touch the door at Landsort!
