– Why do you want to participate in One Water Race?

Having competed twice and not finishing – I want to finish the race. We have had small issues on our teams and after taking a year off I see some changes that can be made and how we can prepare better. I want the challenge, I love the challenge.

– Have you taken a similar challenge before?

2022 and 2023 One Water Race.

– What are your strengths?

Very good at orienteering, very good at planning and organizing, great runner and good swimmer.

– What are your weaknesses?

Have had wrist issues after 30 hours at both One Waters, do not enjoy cold water, need to create a better team environment.

– What would be your biggest challenges in this race?

Swimming 70k is a challenge for anybody, but really it is continuing to run after 30 hours. Working well as a team.

– Have you been to the Stockholm archipelago and what do you know/think about the terrain?

Yes, 2022 and 2023. I know the terrain well and understand the navigation. It is beautiful and unreal in places and just so special. I enjoyed my time before and after the race both years.

– What are you most looking forward to, if you would participate in One Water Race?

I want the challenge and I want the unknown. I love the beauty of racing at night and being with my teammates in the dark. There is nothing like it, special and peaceful.
