– Why do you want to participate in One Water Race?

We want to race again to put our dedication and plan through the whole test and take action on the new experience and be the bulletproof team we have the capacity to be. Team 4 Sweden made huge improvements in 2024 and we truly felt we were racing well and executing our plan we worked hard for. We lifted our teamwork and communication, our individual skills and our fitness, we especially worked through our mental game to a whole new level. And we learned more! None of us go into this lightly, we’re here to improve and to go deep into preparations and priorities. We thought this through deeply and all 4 of us are invested.

– What would be your biggest challenge as a team?

As our main strategy for 2024 was to keep moving and always maintain a good speed we now know we also need to balance this with more cautiousness for when slowing down, facing inwards and taking actions is the best option. We also take on the challenge to communicate even more openly and be sure to keep Robban informed of our status throughout.

– What are your goals if you would participate in One Water Race?

As we have both been close to the finish line in 2023 and executed great racing and tactics in 2024 we have only one goal: To get to the lighthouse as fast as we can and give the other teams a race for the podium. But we also state clearly to ourselves; We will race for the hours the course is open, never ever giving up.
