We seek out opportunities to prove our infinite innate potential. We are lured by the beautiful sunrises and sunsets over an unforgiving archipelago. We relish the preparation and execution of the challenge. We bask in the camaraderie between team members and amongst teams in an experience that will give us something cool to talk about to our children when they are old enough to appreciate how crazy we really are.
– What would be your biggest challenge as a team?
Considering that we assembled our team through random leads from fellow friends, we have yet to race together and learn how each other operates, especially when it hits the fan. What better way to forge new bonds of friendship than by tethering to one another for days on end in literally the world’s toughest challenge? Sounds like fun!
– What are your goals if you would participate in One Water Race?
We all share the same dream of touching the door of that lighthouse. With that in mind the journey is the destination and along the way we hope to test our limits, laugh often, try to keep our food down, maybe brush our teeth a couple times, build lasting friendships and experiences, and be the best version of our team that we possibly can. We also have a new goal to keep all our bits intact, both body and equipment, and especially to keep the jewels warm (unlike in 2022).
