ONE WATER RACE STOCKHOLM isn’t just any race – it’s an extreme adventure that pushes you to your physical and mental limits. From June 12-14th, 2026, Stockholm will be the stage for one of the most demanding and thrilling events ever.
One Water Race STOCKHOLM 24h
In One Water Race Stockholm 24H teams race in pairs. The race begins and ends at a designated start/finish area. Participants follow a fixed looped course of 20 km, consisting of approximately 75% running and 25% swimming. The objective is to complete as many laps of the course as possible within 24 hours. The team that covers the greatest number of laps and total kilometers is declared the winner.
One Water Race STOCKHOLM 20K
One Water Race Stockholm 20K is a pure swimrun concept that emphasizes speed, precision, and preparation. The course is designed with exact entry and exit points, and the transition zones are deliberately narrow to reward the teams that are fastest and best prepared — those who can run efficiently after a swim, and be first out of the water and back on the move.
