Q&A
– Why do you want to participate in One Water Race?
Is the most extreme swimrun competition. With my long experience of both Adventure race up to 6 days and Swimrun, it feels inspiring to combine the two sports.. I also think that the environmental message of the competition feels extremely important.
– Have you taken a similar challenge before?
Yes, but without swimming
– What are your strengths?
See and helping the weakest in the team at the moment, if I have still the extra power.
– What will be your biggest challenge?
Stay warm second and if not finish 3rd and 4rd night..
– Have you been to the Stockholm archipelago?
Yes, Ötillö 5-Times and Amfibiemannen Swimrun soon 2-times (Arholma)
– What do you know/think about the terrain?
Not so hilly but varied with both rock running and nice forest running and gravel roads, if we find them. Usually slippery in and exits which suits us. Unlike other competitions on the east coast, I will probably this time appreciate the lack of salt in the water..
– What are you most looking forward to?
Have a few nice days with good friends in a fantastically beautiful archipelago and hopefully finish first..
