– What other experiences do you have that demonstrates your competence and ability to complete One Water Race?
Practically raised in Stockholms archipelago. 15 years of endurance sports. Over 25 Ironman races, half of them as professional. 8 ÖtillÖ-races. One Water Race "Test race" in 2021 and was a security/film-runner during One Water Race 2022.
– Why do you want to participate in One Water Race?
Improve on last year's performance; we race to win.
– Have you taken a similar challenge before?
Yes the OWR 2023 race and 2021 test race.
Training vise I’ve done many multiple days adventures.
– What are your strengths?
I know the environment very well, the cold the heat, the rough water and the struggle you can have out there! My full time occupancy the last 10 years has been about training and racing full-time, so my body is for sure up for the challenge!
– What are your weaknesses?
Navigation.
– What would be your biggest challenges in this race?
Sounds bad being a team sport and all but since I have been racing solo most of my career, I think it will be important for me to focus on being a team player!
– Have you been to the Stockholm archipelago and what do you know/think about the terrain?
Yes, born and raised.
