38 years of Endurance sports and 27 years of multisport/adventure racing.
Over 30 non stop multi day adventure races and many stage race formats

– Why do you want to participate in One Water Race?
Its a great race and a great Challenge! I want to support my team for winning the race.
– Have you taken a similar challenge before?
Support crew at OWR 2022 (win) and 2023 (DNF).
– What are your strengths?
Knowledge and experience from a wast amount of races. Navigation/orienteering. No problems with not sleeping.
– What are your weaknesses?
With a high ambition and eagerness to win, even the strongest can blow up and the smartest make misstakes…
– What would be your biggest challenges in this race?
Nutrition and temperature management.
– Have you been to the Stockholm archipelago and what do you know/think about the terrain?
Well familiar from kayaking, sailing, vacation and training. Living in Stockholm.
– What are you most looking forward to, if you would participate in One Water Race?
