– Why do you want to participate in One Water Race?

In 2023 I was mainly driven by the passion for nature, the extreme endurance challenge and the team experience. In 2024, I was mentally geared for competition and building a new team! Looking towards 2025, my respect for the competition as such has deepened and my understanding for the race complexity is fundamental. But the One Water Race and the Lighthouse keeps calling me back. I can’t resist this crazy adventure and nature boost as well as to further sharpen our joint strategies and skills of a fantastic team. In 2025 we will make it happen!

– Have you taken a similar challenge before?

The epic One Water Race 2023/2024 and multiple ultra running, skyraces and long swimruns.

– What are your strengths?

The positive attitude with a distinct focus on team performance and collaboration and keeping the team united in all situations both before and during the race. The joy of being in nature and never giving up.

– What are your weaknesses?

Need more confidence and speed in complex navigation and orienteering.

– What would be your biggest challenges in this race?

Better navigation flow and managing the cold waters.

– Have you been to the Stockholm archipelago and what do you know/think about the terrain?

A DREAM! After OWR 2023/2024, Swimrun races over the last 10 years with 5 ÖtillÖ-races and long safari training sessions in the archipelago I have learned that Swimrun is the best way to experience nature. The opportunity for going point-to-point in the archipelago is mindblowing, wet, and life-changing.

– What are you most looking forward to, if you would participate in One Water Race?

To put a sharpened team on the starting line and put 4 hands on the Lighthouse door and climb the podium!
