– Why do you want to participate in One Water Race?

I want to make it all the way to Landsort together with a fantastic team. The race was really tough but also gave us memories for life and I want more!

– Have you taken a similar challenge before?

Yes, we did OWR2024 and it gave a desire to come back and show that we can improve with the experience gained. This race is truly something else.

– What are your strengths?

I’m very positive although it seems even my positivity had its limits after 36 hours. I’m also very stubborn and determined to use the experience gained, I might fall but will always get back up again.

– What are your weaknesses?

I can really improve my orienteering skills and must also improve my attention to small things which have a tendency to grow over multi-day races.

– What would be your biggest challenges in this race?

Sticking to the nutrition plan after 24 h, avoiding making easy mistakes in the orienteering when the exhaustion and sleep deprivation is starting to set in and finally embracing the cold!. All these can be countered with good preparation and a clear plan until OWR2025.

– Have you been to the Stockholm archipelago and what do you know/think about the terrain?

Yes many times and even though I have done races all over Europe it does indeed have a beauty of its own, I can’t think of a better way to enjoy it than doing OWR.

– What are you most looking forward to, if you would participate in One Water Race?

Create fantastic memories together with my team and touch the door at Landsort!
